The May 2025 BluSKY software update introduces several significant enhancements across space management, video surveillance, access control, and system logging.

Space Management Module

A new Space Management module has been added, enabling users to create, allocate, and reserve various spaces within a facility. Key features include:

• Space Configuration: Define spaces by name, type (e.g., desk, meeting room), capacity, and floor allocation

• Space Management Dashboard: A centralized hub for managing bookings, reservations, and analytics. 

• Floor Plans Tab: Interactive 2D floor plans displaying real-time data on space utilization.

• Bookings Tab: Manage and view current and upcoming reservations. 

• Reports Tab: Generate utilization and cost analysis reports. 

• Analytics Tab: Analyze space utilization trends, department usage, and mobility patterns.

Additionally, improvements have been made to the auto-association of devices like intercoms, Person Readers, beacons, elevator cars, and AI controllers. Interactive maps have also been integrated for enhanced navigation. 

Snapshot-24 Enhancements

The Snapshot-24 feature has been enhanced with:

• New Snapshot Frequency Options: More flexible scheduling for snapshots. 

• Camera View List Enhancements: Improved organization and accessibility of camera views. 

• Improved UI Organization: A more intuitive user interface for managing snapshots. 

• Timeline Snapshot Preview in UDC: Preview snapshots within the User Defined Console. 

• Snapshot Slideshow Preview: View snapshots in a slideshow format for easier monitoring. 

Log Book Enhancements

• Enhancements to the Log Book feature include:

• AI-Generated Summary Logs: Automatic generation of summary logs for events. 

• Log Book Entry Type: A new required field to categorize log entries. 

• Log Book Types and Statuses: Expanded options for classifying and tracking log entries. 

These updates aim to improve event tracking and reporting capabilities.

Access Control Module Updates

The Access Control module has received updates to enhance security and usability:

• Improvements Implemented: Various enhancements to system performance and reliability. 

Bug Fixes

• Resolution of known issues to improve system stability.
